Cable Jointers (Kwik-Loc)

The Rize Kwik-Loc™ cable lock can be used as a fast and reliable way to suspend flourescent lighting, HID’s, sound systems, cable trays, fan units or seismic bracing. Cable locks are to be used on static load applications only.

Zinc Housing
One piece die cast Zinc type Zamak 5 combines major anti-corrosion
properties with strength and consistent manufacturing quality.
Locking Wedges
An oil impregnated sintered steel locking wedge is seated in each of two channels. Both wedges incorporate a release pin for easy adjustment. Each wedge makes contact with the cable using serrated teeth. These teeth press onto the cable and spread the load across the length of the wedge, maximizing grip strength.
Stainless Steel Springs
Each spring is manufactured of type 302 S26 stainless steel.

KL200 Kwik-Loc
With a working load of up to 640 lbs, the
KL200 can be used for hanging the heaviest
of applications. The KL200 uses 1/8 and
3/16 inch cable.
KL150 Kwik-Loc
The KL150 can be used to hang heavy cable
basket and HID lights. The KL150 has a
working load of up to 225 lbs and works with
3/32 and 1/8 inch cable.
KL100 Kwik-Loc
The KL100 was introduced to work on most
light hanging applications. With its easy to
use adjustment pin. The KL100 can be used
to hang fluorescent lights, speakers, busbar
and cable tray to name a few. The KL100
has a working load of up to 150 lbs and can
be used with 1/16 and 3/32 inch cable.
KL50 Kwik-Loc
The KL50 can be used as a solution for lightweight hanging applications. Signs, lighting and gallery displays are the perfect applications for this size cable lock.
